Job Description

- (Accounting/Settlement) Budget execution/Expenditure resolution

/Settlement/Settlement audit, operation/settlement of advance funds, etc.


- (HR/General administration) Local staff personnel service, asset management, management of resident companies, etc.

- Assistance with other center-related tasks

  - Discovering cooperation channels with the Vietnamese government and institutions
   ‧ Discovering inter-governmental(V-K) cooperation projects and supporting 
   ‧ Handling cooperation activities from the both Vietnamese and Korean government
   ‧ Discovering and responding to Vietnamese local government cooperation projects (tasks)
 - Networking activities for Korean companies in Vietnam
   ‧ Communication with Vietnamese and local companies in Korea and check the status
   ‧ Support for Korean company’s business activities in Vietnam
Qualification  - Gender/Age: Any
 - Education: College graduate or higher
 - Language: (Required) English (Grade) / Vietnamese(Grade)
 - Others: Preference given to those with experience in public institutions		  - Gender/Age: Any

Offering ○ Salary/Treatment
 - Salary: depending on experience (40~60M VND, Gross)
 - Contract period: 1year contract
 - Working hours: 09:00~18:00 (UTC/GMT +7)
